Planning for the future can feel overwhelming — we're here to make it easier. Our firm provides clear, comprehensive estate planning at reasonable, flat-fee rates, so you know exactly what to expect.

We'll take the time to understand your goals and help you create a custom plan that protects your loved ones and honors your wishes. Our services include:

  • Wills
  • Revocable Living Trusts
  • Irrevocable Trusts
  • Special Needs Trusts
  • Power of Attorney
  • Advance Healthcare Directives
  • Guardianship for Minor Children

SIMPLIFIED FOUR-STEP PROCESS

We make estate planning as easy and stress-free as possible. Our streamlined process is designed to help you complete your plan in just four steps—typically within four weeks.

Step 1: Peace of Mind Planning Session

We start with a conversation to understand your goals and concerns. Before this meeting, you'll complete a secure online "Family Plan" questionnaire via Decision Vault so we can make the most of our time together.

It's incredibly important to me that you feel heard, that your questions are answered, and that you're confident in the choices you're making. During our meeting, we'll also walk through our process, transparent flat-fee pricing, and what you can expect from the overall client experience.

Step 2: Design Meeting

Next, we dive into the details and design a plan tailored to your needs. This is where we clarify your wishes and ensure your plan reflects your priorities.

Step 3: Document Review

We'll send you a video to review the documents, and then schedule a follow-up meeting if necessary.

Step 4: Signing Ceremony

Once you're satisfied with the plan, we'll schedule a signing appointment to finalize everything. At that point, your estate plan is complete—and you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with it. We can sign at my office, or I can send the notary to your house if that is most convenient for you.
